How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, process orders and payments, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain records, improve Popliva and comply with legal obligations.
Payments
Payments are processed by authorised payment providers such as Cashfree Payments. Popliva does not store full card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs. Payment providers process information under their own privacy terms.
Service providers
We may share the minimum information required with infrastructure, payment, communication, analytics, security and digital fulfilment providers. Submitted public links and quantities may be shared with fulfilment providers. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Records are retained for operational, tax, fraud-prevention and legal purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing care@popliva.com. Certain records may be retained when required by law or for legitimate dispute and security purposes.
